The HKBU Dramatics Club was founded in 1956, same year when HKBU was established. In celebration of the University’s 60th Birthday, the Club joined hands with the Office of Student Affairs to co-organise the 60th Anniversary Drama Performance “The Unspeakable” at the Theatre of Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre on 23 and 24 July.
The two-day drama performance attracted over 700 participants including alumni, students, staff and friends of the University. The success was attributed to the great efforts and contributions of alumni and the Club, who have demonstrated marvelous creativity, talents and visions as social citizens. Their performance also brought the reflections on educational issues and HKBU development.
