Alumni Affairs Office Connects Alumna Lana Wong with the University to Provide HKBU Students with an Experiential Learning Opportunity

Alumni Affairs Office has recently introduced alumna Lana Wong (Communication- Journalism), Director of Communication and Public Affairs of Hong Kong Disneyland, to the Department of Marketing and the Office of Student Affairs. Through this connection, an experiential learning opportunity is offered for HKBU students by introducing them the Disney Imaginations Hong Kong Design Competition 2022, in which students could use their technical, artistic and creative skills to propose concepts for an immersive experience.

To brief students on the Competition, the Disney team led by alumna Wong visited HKBU campus and conducted a briefing session to students interested in the Competition on 26 October, the session attracted around 90 students to attend. As a graduate of HKBU, alumna Wong encouraged students to stay curious and courageous, and be determined to take a step forward for showcasing their innovative ideas.
