On 2 March and 9 March, HKBU Alumni Association (HKBUAA), together with the HKBU School of Business Alumni Association, UIC Alumni Association Hong Kong Chapter, and alumni associations from other universities, organised Golfing Fun Practice event at the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course. The two sessions attracted over 80 participants who enjoyed learning golfing skills and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

Nearly 20 runners from HKBUAA took part in various races of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025 held on 9 February. Alumnus Dr Jacinto Tong (Chemistry), President of HKBUAA, was present to show his support and was impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm demonstrated by the runners. Among all HKBUAA runners, alumnus Chan Wai-man (Business Administration) achieved a promising result, placing the second runner-up in the 10km Challenge Men’s Master 5.

Led by alumnus Dr Jacinto Tong, HKBUAA strives to unite running lovers and organise regular practices on various popular running routes, preparing HKBUAA runners for participating in different running events around the world.
