On 29 May, the HKBU Corporate Governance Society organised a gathering at Craigengower Cricket Club, bringing together Council Members of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, HKBU lecturers and staff, along with alumni and students from the Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Compliance programme.

During the event, participants exchanged professional insights, reconnected with peers, and built new connections, highlighting the strength and spirit of the HKBU Corporate Governance community.

On 27 May, the HKBU School of Business Alumni Association (SBAA) co-organised a networking and sharing session themed around the practical applications of AI in business and personal use. The event featured three seasoned industry experts who shared profound insights from their extensive experience with AI applications in the workplace, across industries, and in daily life.

The evening brought together over 60 leaders from diverse sectors, including senior executives from major corporations, company founders, and veterans of the financial industry. In a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, participants expanded their professional networks while gaining firsthand industry updates and cutting-edge insights tailored to the current market.

On 3 April, the Alumni Association of Physical Education Department Post-graduate Studies, HKBU (AAPEG) visited several sports facilities in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, including Hengqin International Tennis Center, Hengqin Huafa Water Sports Center, the Archery Range and Sports Complex of Beijing Normal–Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU).

During the visit, participants experienced Hengqin’s tennis and water sports facilities. They also gained deeper insight into how the “One University, Two Campuses” model supports cross-boundary development opportunities for graduates in sports and leisure management, particularly through their tour of the Archery Range and the Sports Complex of BNBU.
