The School of Communication of HKBU is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with a series of magnificent events including the 1st Global University Film Awards (GUFA), Distinguished Communication Alumni Award, the Chang Kuo-sin Award for Aspiring Young Communicators, #BeComm Alumni Stories Series and the Gala Dinner as the finale.
To broaden students’ learning experience and boost their creativity, the rooftop garden of the Communication and Visual Arts Building is turning into an open space for movie screenings, concerts, stargazing nights, talks, exhibitions and so on. The AI Media Research Laboratory and AI VR station will also be in use from September 2018 onwards.
