Recent Activities of Business Alumni
 
HKBU MBA and MScBM Alumni Association AGM 2014

HKBU MBA & MScBM Alumni Association held the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2014 on 27 August 2014 at Dragon Dynasty Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. At the meeting, 40 alumni members and guests including Prof. Lin Zhijun, Associate Director (China Class) of MBA programme, Dr. Michael Young, Associate Director (Hong Kong Class) of MBA programme Dr. Li Yuen-wah, Senior Lecturer of Department of Marketing and alumna Marianna Tsang, President of HKBU Century Club discussed the collaboration between MBA and MScBM programme, and enhancement of networking and communication with HKBU MBA (China) Alumni Association and other local MBA Alumni Associations. In addition, Executive Committee members of the new term (see list below) were elected during the AGM.

HKBU School of Business Alumni Association - Gateway to Big 4 Seminar

HKBU School of Business Alumni Association (SBAA) organised a seminar titled “Gateway to Big 4” on 21 September 2014, which was attended by more than 200 students. 11 experienced alumni who are currently working at Big 4 accounting firms shared with the participants some winning tips on application procedures, aptitude tests and interview techniques.
