Public Lecture: An Xtreme Life – An Encounter with Alumnus Wilson Cheung and Dr. Rebecca Lee
Dr. Rebecca Lee Lok-sze, Founder of Polar Museum Foundation and alumnus Wilson Cheung Wai-yin (Physical Education and Recreation Management), an expedition consultant and polar specialist shared their life-altering journey and experience in polar expedition at the HKBU public lecture on 15 March 2018. The lecture was concluded with a panel discussion moderated by alumna Michelle Au Wing-tsz (Government and International Studies; Environmental and Public Health Management), Political Assistant to the Secretary for the Environment, HKSAR. The public lecture attracted a full house of over 450 audience, including educationists, HKBU alumni, staff, and students, and also students from a numbers of secondary schools.
