Alumnus Philip Kan Re-appointed Member of Disciplinary Panel A of the HKICPA Alumnus Kan (Business Management) was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as member of Disciplinary Panel A of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants with effect from 1 Feb 2020 for a term of one year. Congratulations to alumnus Kan! Alumnus Philip Kan Siu-lun

Alumnus Tyrone Siu Has a Lunch Gathering with UK Alumni Alumnus Tyrone Siu (History), the Immediate Past President of HKBUAA, had a lunch gathering with 8 alumni residing in London on 18 Jan 2020 at a Chinese Restaurant in London. Amongst these alumni, 6 of them are working in London, and the other 2 alumni are pursuing their further studies in the UK. They had a wonderful time at the lunch gathering and shared their recent happenings. Alumnus Siu (right) and Mrs Siu (fourth from left) pose for a photo with alumni in the UK.     Alumnus Yiren Xia (Applied Physics) (left) will obtain a PhD at Oxford this summer and Angus Chow (Government & International Studies) (right) has just finished his Master’s degree in Warwick University.     Mr and Mrs Siu have a great time with alumni over lunch in London.

In Memory of Alumnus Dr. Lee Kwok-keung The University is deeply saddened by the passing away of Alumnus Dr. Lee Kwok-keung (Chinese Language and Literature) on 2 March 2020, and conveys our heartfelt condolences to his family.
