Mentoring Programme 2018-2019 - Establishing Your Personal Brand
On 16 March, HKBU Alumni Association (HKBUAA) organised a career development workshop entitled "Establishing Your Personal Brand", which was the final workshop under the Mentoring Programme 2018-2019. The workshop was well attended by almost 150 alumni and students.
The guest speaker, alumnus Sunny Wong (Business Management), shared his reflections on his 40-year career in multinational organisations and suggestions on the ways to establish one’s personal brand. The workshop was well received by participants, who expressed that the advice and tips from the guest speaker were helpful in their career development. |

Golf Gathering at Mission Hills Shenzhen
On 28 January, HKBU Alumni Association (HKBUAA) had a golf gathering at Mission Hills Shenzhen. 18 alumni joined the gathering and enjoyed a beautiful day in Shenzhen. After rounds of game, alumni had a nice dinner together. |

Chinese New Year Spring Lunch 2019
On 9 February, HKBUAA held a lunch gathering at the Lingnan Club to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Altogether 22 alumni attended the gathering. Alumnus Wong Kong-hoi (Chinese Language & Literature; Communication) delivered a talk on Chinese New Year traditions at the gathering. Filled with the joy of reunion, the alumni shared their updates and New Year blessings with each another. |
