HKBU School of Business Alumni Association Finance Salon 2 – The Good & The Bad of China Property Market
 
HKBU School of Business Alumni Association collaborated with HKBU Alumni Association to organise the second Finance Salon “The Good and The Bad of China Property Market” on 30 January 2015 at Duke of Windsor Social Service Building. The event attracted 23 alumni.

Two alumni speakers, Director of Equity Research, CIMB Mr. Ben Bei Haochen and Vice President of Real Estate Investment, ICBCI Mr. Daniel Wu Wenquan shared their views current economic environment of China and China’s property market development. Alumnus Bei analysed a wide spectrum of latest government policies of China and the trend of economic growth, whilst alumnus Wu introduced various property investment vehicles and the keys to investment success. They also answered a few questions from alumni on Europe quantitative easing, corporate bonds and impacts of China’s property market on national banks.
