Alumna Professor Karen Chan Re-appointed Member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service Alumna Professor Karen Chan, Executive Director of German Pool Group Company Limited, was re-appointed as member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service (the Directorate Committee) by the HKSAR Government for a term of two years starting from 1 April 2021.
