Dear colleagues, students and alumni,

You may recall that Miss Koo Wai-lam, who studied Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Geography, passed away on 19 December 2016. To assist her family during this challenging time, the Department of Geography and the Office of Student Affairs have set up the following donation channels from now till 10 February 2017.

Donation channels:

	(1)		Donation boxes available at the following locations: Shaw Campus: Office of Student Affairs (WLB 401); and BUR Campus: Department of Geography (AAB 1220); and Shek Mun Campus: G/F Information Counter.
	(2)		Bank transfer or deposit to Hang Seng Bank account 283-338366-011 (Hong Kong Baptist University), indicating reference code ‘SA’.

If a receipt is required for tax exemption (for donations amounted $100 or above only), please submit the bank-in slip to Office of Student Affairs (WLB 401).
