It marks the fourth year of “HKBU Class Representative Scheme” since Alumni Affairs Office kicked it off in 2012, which aims at building close connection with alumni-to-be. Each year, final year students of different academic programmes are invited to join as Class Representatives who take up an important role to get involved in the future activities of the University.
The Welcome Luncheon hosted by President and Vice-Chancellor for the newly appointed Class Representatives of the academic year 2014-15 will be held on 31 March 2015 at Room 301-303, Academic and Administration Building, HKBU. Director of Alumni Affairs Dr. Melanie Lee will introduce the Class Representative Scheme and other relevant activities. Representatives of various Schools/Faculties will also join this gathering. At the luncheon, Associate Vice-President Prof. Frank Fu will also lead all Class Representatives to conduct a pledging ceremony, after which, Alumni Affairs Office will distribute the Certificates of Appointment to all Class Representatives. Delightful lunch will then be served for Class Representatives and University representatives to get to know each other.
