Organises Molecular Gastronomy Cha Cha Cha
With “Cha Cha Cha” as a signature fundraising activity, HKBU Century Club organised the “Molecular Gastronomy Cha Cha Cha” on 15 November 2014 at a cosy gallery to raise funds for the University.
The event was well-received by over 50 guests including alumni, their families and friends whereby they enjoyed the innovative delicacies as well as the charity bazzar, charity singing, dancing and performances by renowned singers. Associate Vice-President Prof. Frank Fu and Director of Alumni Affairs Dr. Melanie Lee thanked the participants for their staunch support to the University.
