Alumna Kathy King Marvels at Campus Expansion

After residing in Australia for 30 years, alumna Ms. Kathy King returned to Hong Kong to visit her alma mater with her sister on 28 February 2013. A graduate of Secretarial Management in the 70’s, Kathy’s heart is still with HKBU and remembers her teachers including Dr. Vivienne Luk , Director of Institute for Enterprise Development and Wing Lung Bank International Institute for Business Development who has taught her before.

Touring around the campus, Kathy was amazed with the scale of its expansion. She found the campus marvelous and believed that students here would enjoy a fulfilling learning life.

Kathy said, “I believe in giving back . I hope that my donation of AUS$20,000 to set up a scholarship will help HKBU students fulfill their dreams.”
