All alumni and their families enjoy the dinner gathering to the fullest.

HKBU Alumni Association of Australia organised a dinner gathering at Taste of Shunde, Hurstville, Sydney on 14 July. Attending alumni included President Sidney Cheng (Communication) and his spouse, Vice-President Lawrence Chan (Communication) and his spouse, Eddie Chu (Communication) and his spouse Henie Chu (Communication/Secretarial Management), Richard Lam (Communication) and his spouse Mabel Lam, Hui Chun-keung (Corporate Governance and Directorship) and his spouse, as well as Leung Ting-chun (Civil Engineering) and his spouse Chan Bun-yee (Civil Engineering). The Association also extended a warm welcome to alumnus Lui Siu-wor (Accounting) and his spouse, who joined the gathering for the first time.

The dinner began with a welcome speech by President Sidney Cheng. The evening was filled with palatable meals and the mood was light-hearted as old friends caught up with one another through food chats.

The Association would like to invite alumni and retired/former academic and administrative staff of the University residing in Australia to join the Association as members and participate in its events. For those who are interested in joining the Association’s chat group or getting the latest information about the Association, or wish to join its events and gatherings, please contact President Sidney Cheng at (61) 415 561 321 or Vice-President Lawrence Chan at (61) 410 628 062.
