HKBU Century Club Annual General Meeting 2025 cum Dinner Gathering
Participating alumni and guests enjoy the dinner to the fullest.
HKBU Century Club (the Club) hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 cum dinner gathering at Lingnan Club, Central, on 7 January. The event was graced by the presence of Dr Albert Chau, Vice-President (Teaching and Learning); Ms Christine Chow, Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary; Dr Melanie Lee, Director of Alumni Affairs; together with a number of alumni and guests.
During the AGM, President and Patron of the Club alumna Esther Wong (Geography; Social Work), presented the President’s report, highlighting the major developments and accomplishments of the Club in the past year. She expressed her deepest gratitude to the Board of Directors, Patrons, the Honorary Auditor Patrick Wong CPA and the Alumni Affairs Office for their invaluable support throughout the years, with a special thanks to Past President/Ex-officio Director and Patron alumna Dr Marianna Tsang (Secretarial Management) for her dedicated support.
After that, Dr Albert Chau delivered his remarks, expressing his sincere appreciation for the Club’s unwavering support to the University. On behalf of the Club, alumna Esther Wong warmly welcomed new members, including alumni Chloe Chen (English Language and Literature), Cheung Ka-ho (Business Administration) and Kelvin Wu (Business Management), and presented them a membership pin together with Dr Albert Chau and Ms Christine Chow. She also extended a warm welcome to Ms Yu Yuk-ho and Ms Joyce Kwok Yuen-ming for joining the Club as Fellow and Associate Fellow, presenting them with a souvenir as a token of appreciation.
