Mr Arthur Lee Kin Appointed Chief Executive and Registrar of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Mr Arthur Lee Kin (Honorary University Fellow) has recently been appointed by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants as the new Chief Executive and Registrar with effect from 22 April 2026. Congratulations to Mr Lee!
Alumna Dr Marianna Tsang Appointed Legislative Consulting Experts of the Jianghai Grassroots Legislative Outreach Office of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Member of Advisory Committee for the Yau Tsim Mong Multicultural Activity Centre under the Signature Project Scheme of Yau Tsim Mong District

Alumna Dr Marianna Tsang (Secretarial Management), Patron and Past President/Ex-officio Director of HKBU Century Club, has recently been appointed as Legislative Consulting Experts by the Jianghai Grassroots Legislative Outreach Office of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. The appointment ceremony was held on 22 March.
She has also been appointed by the Yau Tsim Mong District Office as member of Advisory Committee for the Yau Tsim Mong Multicultural Activity Centre under the Signature Project Scheme of Yau Tsim Mong District, for a term of one year with effect from 1 January 2026. Congratulations to alumna Dr Tsang!

Alumnus Lo Bing-chung (Communications), President of HKBU Communication Alumni Association, was awarded the Distinguished PR Professional Award at the 6th Hong Kong Public Relations Awards 2025, organised by the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association on 30 December 2025. This honour recognises his remarkable contributions and professionalism in the public relations industry. Congratulations to alumnus Lo!
