The team receives the highest group honour – the Sand Gull Award.

From 2 to 4 May, a team of runners led by the HKBU Alumni Runner, comprising alumni and students, participated in the 14th Asia Pacific Business Schools Desert Adventure. The team members demonstrated outstanding determination and perseverance, successfully completing the challenge. Once again, they achieved a remarkable recognition by winning the highest group honour – the Sand Gull Award.

HKBU Alumni Association of Beijing Holds Annual General Meeting and Elects New Board Members

HKBU Alumni Association of Beijing (HKBUAABJ) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of last year. During the AGM, the new Board of Directors was elected. Participating alumni also took the opportunities to celebrate the achievements of 2024.

Looking ahead, the HKBUAABJ is committed to fostering connections among members and with their alma mater through a variety of activities, thereby strengthening the spirit of unity.

HKBU Alumni Association of Australia Organises 4U Lunch Gathering

HKBU Alumni Association of Australia (HKBUAAA) organised a 4U joint lunch gathering at Palace Chinese Restaurant in Sydney on 26 March. The event was graced by the presence of Mr Ricky Chong, Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Sydney, as a special guest. A highlight of the event was a talk by guest speaker Ms Karina So, who shared insights on common health issues among seniors. This heartwarming gathering brought together alumni from four universities in Hong Kong and was filled with laughter and sharing.
