Alumni Leaders Join Hands with HKBU Career Centre to Explore Career Opportunities in E-sports for Students

Alumnus Philip Kan (front row, first from right) and Deputy Director of Student Affairs cum Head of Career Centre of HKBU Dr Rosa Tang (front row, first from left) attend the press conference of the launch of Yesports Master Club on 23 June.

Several alumni leaders, including Prof Sunny Wong (Business Management), HKBU Foundation Alumni Committee Chairman; Philip Kan (Business Management) and Prof Bernard Wu (Accounting), HKBU Foundation Alumni Committee member, demonstrated their strong bonding with the HKBU community by showing their care for students’ career development. Through their connection, Yesports Master Club was introduced to the HKBU Career Centre, with the aim of providing HKBU students opportunities for developing their career in E-sports. The Club was recently launched in Hong Kong to support and foster local E-sports talents, helping them to gain global profiling and recognition.
