Faculty of Science and Alumni Affairs Office Will Jointly Present a Brand New Faculty-Student-Alumni Engagement Initiative

The Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) joins hands with the Faculty of Science to organise a sharing series. The series is a new faculty-student-alumni engagement initiative which aims to connect students and alumni with pre-eminent professors to delve into their insights and discoveries on their quest for knowledge.

The first sharing event of the series will be held on 12 February 2025 on the HKBU campus, featuring Professor Changsong Zhou, Chair Professor in Physics and Complex Systems of the Department of Physics at HKBU as the keynote speaker, revolving around the topic of the networked brain and mental health. The event will also feature Dr Liila Taruffi, Assistant Professor of the Academy of Music at HKBU and alumnus Dr Martin Ma, Lecturer of the Department of Physics at HKBU, as guest speakers, with alumnus Leung Ka-wing (Physics) as the moderator.

All HKBU students and alumni are welcome to join the event. Further event details, including registration information, will be announced soon. Please stay tuned for updates.
