校友王克勤教授獲浸大頒授榮譽大學院士

李惠儀博士向校友王克勤教授送上祝賀。

香港浸會大學基金校友委員會主席暨浸大「傑出校友獎」得獎人校友王克勤教授 (工商管理)，於9月21日在浸大舉行的「第18屆榮譽大學院士頒授典禮」上獲頒授榮譽大學院士銜，以表揚他在社會所作出的重大貢獻。校友事務處總監李惠儀博士及其團隊親身向校友王教授道賀。恭喜王校友！

校友梁永祥教授再獲委任為法律援助服務局主席

校友梁永祥教授（英國語言文學）獲香港特別行政區政府再度委任為法律援助服務局主席，任期由2023年9月1日起，為期兩年。恭喜梁校友！

The University is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Rev Dr George Wilson, Jr, the recipient of the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences, honoris causa from HKBU in 1995, on 20 September 2023 (US time). He was 96 years old. 

The University would like to convey our heartfelt condolences to the Wilson family at this time of bereavement. He will always be remembered for his whole-hearted support for and contribution to the development of HKBU, and as a beloved and respected member of the HKBU community.

香港浸會大學校友會前會長 (1981-1982) 蕭作利校友 (傳理) 於2023年9月12日辭世，大學仝人深表哀悼，永遠懷念蕭校友，謹此向其家人致以深切慰問。
